Mauricio was born in Mexico City and moved to Bel-Air in 1976. He is married to his beautiful wife Kyle, and has four gorgeous daughters Farrah, Alexia, Sophia, and Portia.

Rebecca Ross

Rebecca directs the Corporate Real Estate Owned Division of Hilton & Hyland Estates, where she is responsible for the cooperative marketing and management of high end bank and corporate owned properties in the Beverly Hills and surrounding areas from clients such as DCL Capital Funding, USHSBC, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and other private note investors. Her expertise in the sales of corporate owned real estate began in the 90's under the guidance of long-time REO industry professional Lou Vera Ross, servicing clients such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Washington Mutual Bank.

Rebecca currently works and resides in the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood/Hollywood Hills areas. She is a native to Southern California and a graduate of Mills College, an independent Liberal Arts College for women located in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature with an emphasis in multi-culturalism & creative non-fiction, and is fluent in both French and Italian.
